[origin: WO8801831A1] In order that in one tempo of work one will be able to sow out grass seed or other seed, to put it down into the soil, to cultivate the soil and after the sowing to leave a smooth surface of soil without up-sticking stones or similar a sowing machine has been produced, which according to the invention consists of the following combination of parts which are known before in themselves: a fore cart (1), the frame (7) of which carries a sow box (9) having feeding openings for the seed, said fore cart is carried by a lattice roller (4), said roller is driven by a motor (8) and is rolling on the ground for putting down the seed, a clod-crusher (14), which is connected to the frame and is skidding on the ground for smoothing the soil, and a back cart (7), which is carried by a further lattice roller (16) and has a chair (17) for the driver of the machine, said back cart being connected to the frame of the fore cart vertically stiff but horizontally swingable.

Afin de pouvoir en un seul temps de travail semer des graines de gazon ou autres graines, les enfouir dans la terre et, après les semailles, laisser une surface de terre lisse sans cailloux saillants ou autres, on a produit une machine à semer qui, selon la présente invention, se compose de la combinaison suivante de parties déjà connues en elles-mêmes: un chariot avant (1), dont le cadre (7) soutient une cassette à semis (9) ayant des ouvertures de sortie pour les graines, ledit chariot avant étant soutenu par un rouleau à treillis (4), un moteur (8) entraînant ledit rouleau qui roule sur le sol de façon à enfouir les graines dans la terre, un brise-mottes (14), qui est relié au cadre et qui glisse sur le sol pour aplanir le terrain, et un chariot arrière (7) qui est soutenu par un autre rouleau à treillis (16) et qui comprend un siège (17) pour le conducteur de la machine, ledit chariot arrière étant relié au cadre du chariot avant de façon rigide dans le sens vertical mais de façon pivotante dans le sens horizontal.
