The device for forming a web of threads to attach a button (3), having several attachment openings, to a flat material, in particular an item of clothing, has a spacer (6) which has at least one essentially flat contact surface and is provided with a passage opening (9) which can be aligned to the attachment openings of the button. The spacer (6) is constructed to rest on a button (3), which has previously been placed on the material, and has a distancing pin (11) which extends parallel to the contact surface and penetrates the passage opening (9), the distance of which distancing pin from the contact surface corresponds to the length of the web of threads to be formed. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Bilden eines Fadensteges beim Befestigen eines mehrere Befestigungsöffnungen aufweisenden Knopfes (3) an einem flächigen Material, insbesondere an einem Bekleidungsstück, mit einem wenigstens eine im wesentlichen ebene Anlagefläche aufweisenden Abstandshalter (6), der mit einer auf die Befestigungsöffnungen des Knopfes ausrichtbaren Durchgangsöffnung (9) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstandshalter (6) zur Auflage auf einen vorher auf den Stoff aufgesetzten Knopf (3) ausgebildet ist und einen sich parallel zur Anlagefläche erstreckenden und auf die Durchgangsöffnung (9) durchsetzenden Distanzstift (11) aufweist, dessen Abstand zur Anlagefläche der Länge des zu bildenden Fadensteges entspricht.
