The invention relates to a detachable connector (1) for hollow profiles (11,12), in particular for the formation of spacer frames (18) filled with drying agents (15). The detachable connector (1) has open end faces and an axial hollow space (16) which passes through axially, so that the detachable connector (1) is filled with drying agent (15) inside the hollow profiles (11,12). The detachable connector (1) is preferably of U-shaped design and arranged in the hollow profiles (11,12) in such a manner that its smooth central web (6) lies flat against the hollow profile wall (19) facing the inside of the frame. The detachable connector (1) is guided positively into the hollow profiles (11,12) and is fixed by means of retaining lugs (10) which are cut freely in the form of a tongue and are bent away in two directions. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Steckverbinder (1) für Hohlprofile (11,12), insbesondere zur Bildung von mit Trocknungsmittel (15) befüllten Abstandshalterrahmen (18). Der Steckverbinder (1) weist offene Stirnseiten auf sowie einen axial durchgängigen Hohlraum (16), so daß der Steckverbinder (1) innerhalb der Hohlprofile (11,12) mit Trocknungsmittel (15) befüllt ist. Der Steckverbinder (1) ist vorzugsweise U-förmig ausgebildet und so in den Hohlprofilen (11,12) angeordnet, daß er mit seinem glatten Mittelsteg (6) flächig an der zur Rahmeninnenseite weisenden Hohlprofilwand (19) anliegt. Der Steckverbinder (1) ist in den Hohlprofilen (11,12) formschlüssig geführt und wird über Rückhaltenasen (10) fixiert, die zungenförmig freigeschnitten und nach zwei Richtungen abgebogen sind.
