The plane gas burner is intended for heating boilers and consists of a gas mixing part provided with a blower connection, with a central gas supply pipe and with an outlet part which closes off a mixing chamber and has openings for the gas/air mixture formed, the outlet part being designed, with use of a blower of low compression, as a perforated or lattice-structured surface covering the entire opening cross-section of a mixing chamber. At a distance in front of the surface (1), there is arranged in its circumferential region, adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the surface, an annular or frame- shaped edge covering (2), the opening cross-section of which (3) corresponds to the flame-effective cross-section of the surface (1). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Gas-Flächenbrenner ist für Heizungskessel bestimmt und besteht aus einem mit Gebläseanschluß versehenen Gasmischteil mit einem zentralen Gaszuleitungsrohr und mit einem eine Mischkammer abschließenden, Öffnungen für das gebildte Gas-Luft-Gemisch aufweisenden Auslaßteil, wobei unter Verwendung eines Gebläses mit geringer Pressung das Auslaßteil als gelochte oder gitterartig strukturierte, den ganzen Öffnungsquerschnitt einer Mischkammer abdeckene Fläche ausgebildet ist. In Distanz vor der Fläche (1) ist in deren Umfangsrandbereich, angepaßt an die Querschnittsform der Fläche eine ring- oder rahmenförmige Randabdeckung (2) angeordnet, deren Öffnungsquerschnitt (3) dem flammwirksamen Querschnitt der Fläche (1) entspricht.
