Phosphate-free detergent compsns. contain 5-25 wt.% of a sheet-type silicate (I), 2-10 wt.% Na nitrilotriacetate (II), 5-20 wt.% of a Na soap (III) derived from 12-22C satd. and/or mono-unsatd. fatty acids, 8-20 wt.% of a sulphonate, sulphate or polyoxyalkylene nonionic surfactant (IV), and 25-75 wt.% of other detergent ingredients, provided that (I)-(III) make up 22.5-45 wt.% of the total and (III)-(IV) make up 15-35 wt.%.

Beansprucht wird ein phosphatfreies Waschmittel, enthaltend (a) 5 bis 25 Gew.-% eines Schichtsilicates, (b) 2 bis 10 Gew.-% Natriumnitrilotriacetat, (c) 5 bis 20 Gew.-% einer von C12-22-Fettsäuren abgeleiteten Natriumseife, (d) 8 bis 20 Gew.-% an synthetischen Tensiden aus der Klasse der Sulfonate, Sulfate und nichtionischen Polyglykoletherderivate und (e) 25 bis 75 Gew.-% an sonstigen Waschmittelbestandteilen. Die Summe der Komponenten (a + b + c) beträgt 22,5 bis 45 Gew.-% und die der Komponenten (c + d) 15 bis 35 Gew.-%. Die Mittel weisen textilweichmachende Eigenschaften und verbesserte Waschwirkung gegenüber fettigen Anschmutzungen auf.
