Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a device for the connection of hot-gas exhaust conduits. This device is characterised by ends (1a) of conduits (1) which are juxtaposed and shaped in such a way that the assembly so formed can be fitted into the endpiece (4) of a pipe, whilst a hollow intermediate piece (5) forming a spacer is interposed between the ends (1a) of the conduits (1) and remains in contact with these ends over its entire extent, the piece (5) having a bottom (6) located on the same side as the endpiece (4) of the pipe (3). This device makes it possible, for example, to connect exhaust conduits for burnt gases escaping from an internal-combustion engine. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de raccordement de conduits d'échappement de gaz chauds. Ce dispositif est caractérisé par des extrémités (1a) de conduits (1) qui sont juxtaposées et conformées de telle façon que l'ensemble ainsi formé puisse être emmanché dans l'embout (4) d'un tuyau, tandis qu'une pièce intermédiaire creuse (5) formant entretoise est interposée entre les extrémités (1a) des conduits (1) et demeure en contact sur toute son étendue avec ces extrémités, la pièce (5) comportant un fond (6) situé du côté de l'embout (4) du tuyau (3). Ce dispositif permet par exemple un raccordement de conduits d'échappement des gaz brûlés sortant d'un moteur à combustion interne.
