[origin: US4839978A] A device for supporting the mechanism of a revolver in association with the frame of the revolver. The device is constituted by a mechanism carrier plate (1) which directly receives the various subassemblies (4, 13, 24, 30, 35) of the mechanism, and which is capable of being mounted directly, together with the subassemblies supported thereby, on the frame (2) of the revolver.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de support pour mécanisme de revolver, associé à la carcasse dudit revolver. Selon l'invention, ce dispositif est constitué par une platine porte-mécanisme (1) recevant directement les différents sous-ensembles (4, 13, 24, 30, 35) du mécanisme, et pouvant être montée directement, avec les sous-ensembles qu'elle supporte, sur la carcasse (2) du revolver. Application à la fabrications des revolvers.
