The apparatus has two grip parts (1, 2) which are connected to each other, can be moved towards one another in a guided manner counter to a force of at least one power store (24) and are each provided with a grip (19, 33). The power store (24) is arranged between the grip parts (1, 2) and is connected to the latter in each case at a point of application of force (23, 32). In order to make such muscle-exercising apparatus usable within a greater range of different forces and, at the same time, to rule out injuries, the power store (24) is provided with a damping and a device is provided for changing the power exerted by the at least one power store on the grips (19, 33). Abstract (de)
Ein Muskel-Trainer, insbesondere ein Handmuskel-Trainer, weist zwei miteinander verbundene und geführt gegen eine Kraft mindestens eines Kraftspeichers (24) aufeinanderzu bewegbare, mit jeweils einem Griff (19, 33) versehene Griffteile (1, 2) auf. Der Kraftspeicher (24) ist zwischen den Griffteilen (1, 2) angeordnet und mit diesen jeweils an einem Kraftangriffspunkt (23, 32) verbunden. Um derartige Muskel-Trainer innerhalb eines größeren Bereichs unterschiedlicher Kräfte anwendbar zu machen und gleichzeitig Verletzungen auszuschließen, ist der Kraftspeicher (24) mit einer Dämpfung versehen und ist eine Einrichtung zur Veränderung der von dem mindestens einen Kraftspeicher auf die Griffe (19, 33) ausgeübten Kraft vorgesehen. Hierzu kann mindestens ein Kraftangriffspunkt (23) an dem zugeordneten Griffteil (1) verstellbar sein.
