Abstract (en)
In the manufacture of a watertight shoe in the Klene process (Ago process), the shaft is made from a watertight upper material in known manner including toe and heel and subsequently placed on a last and drawn around the insole fixed on the last and connected to the insole by sticking and/or nailing. Then, after release of the fixing between insole and last, the outsole is fastened to the insole and the shaft. In the case of a watertight outer material, in order that both any inner lining and any sole can be used, without the watertight properties of the shoe being influenced, an intermediate sole (8) made of watertight material is stuck onto the insole (6) and the drawn- around parts (7) fastened thereto of the shaft (2), of the heel and toe before fastening of the outsole (11), and subsequently the outsole is stuck onto the intermediate sole and the shoe removed from the last. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei der Herstellung eines wasserdichten Schuhes im Kleneverfahren (Ago-Verfahren) wird der Schaft aus einem wasserdichten Obermaterial in bekannter Art und Weise einschließlich Spitze und Ferse fertiggestellt und anschließend auf einen Leisten aufgelegt und um die auf dem Leisten fixierte Brandsohle gezogen und mit der Brandsohle durch Kleben und/oder Nageln verbunden. Anschließend wird nach Lösung der Fixierung zwischen Brandsohle und Leisten die Laufsohle auf der Brandsohle und dem Schaft befestigt. Damit bei einem wasserdichten Außenmaterial sowohl ein beliebiges Innenfutter wie auch eine beliebige Sohle verarbeitet werden kann, ohne das die wasserdichten Eigenschaften des Schuhes beeinträchtigt werden, wird vor der Befestigung der Laufsohle (ll) auf der Brandsohle (6) und auf die auf dieser befestigten umgezogenen Teile (7) des Schachtes (2) der Ferse und Spitze eine Zwischensohle (8) aus wasserundurchlässigem Material aufgeklebt und anschließend die Laufsohle auf die Zwischensohle geklebt und der Schuh ausgeleistet.
