[origin: EP0284716A2] The lamp has a transformer housing (23) on which are mounted the current-carrying conductor rods (1) which lead to the fitting (9) of the low-voltage lamp. The current-carrying conductor rods (1) are articulated swivelably transverse to their longitudinal axes on contacts (2) arranged outside the transformer housing (23). The contacts are constructed as pressure contacts. The swivellable articulation of the conductor rods permits them to be aligned perpendicularly independently of how carefully and precisely the transformer housing is mounted on the ceiling. <IMAGE>
