[origin: US4886186A] A dispenser for the delivery of dosed quantities of a pasty substance comprises a receptacle having a push button mounted on the receptacle for movement upwardly and downwardly adjacent an end thereof. A rod extends through the receptacle and is connected at its inner end to a follower plunger. A substance flow tube has one end extending into the receptacle to the reservoir thereof for the pasty substance and an opposite end with a substance delivery orifice which extends out of the receptacle. A closing wall adjacent the tube closes the delivery orifice. The follower plunger is in sliding engagement with interior of the receptacle and it is movably engageable around the rod and is movable along the rod upon discharge of a substance through the delivery orifice. There is a connection between the plunger and at least one of the closing wall and the substance flow tube for shifting one end of the closing wall relative to the flow tube opening the delivery orifice for the delivery of the substance therethrough. The delivery plunger normally moves up the rod member during the dispensing movement effected by movement of the plunger manually. This contributes to the outflow of the pasty substance through the delivery tube and out through the orifice.

Bei einem Pastenspender zur Abgabe dosiert Mengen von pastösen Stoffen, der aus einem zylinderartigen Behälter (1) aus Kunststoff besteht, der eine Ausgabeöffnung (20) am oberen Behälterende hat, der mit einem axial beweglichen Förderkolben (4) oder mit einem Nachlaufkolben versehen ist und der eine den Förderkolben (4) und eine quer zur Ausgabeöffnung bewegliche Schließwand betätigende Drucktaste (14) aufweist, ist die Ausgabeöffnung (20) in einem Düsenstock (18) rechtwinklig zur Behälterachse (52) radial nach außen gerichtet und die Schließwand (21) mit einem Abschnitt versehen, der in einer zur Behälterachse (52) parallelen Lage dichtend an der Außenseite des Düsenstocks (18) anliegt. Durch die Betätigung der Drucktaste (14) wird eine parallel zur Behälterachse (52) verlaufende Bewegung entweder des Düsenstocks (18) oder der Schließwand (21) erzeugt, durch welche die Ausgabeöffnung (20) geöffnet wird.
