[origin: US4827093A] A pressure switch has a plunger, axially displaceable by the pressure being measured, which enables a contact pin of a microswitch to be actuated. Between the plunger and the contact pin there is arranged a rocker. The microswitch is fastened to the housing of the pressure switch so as to be displaceable in the main extension direction of the rocker. This provides a way to vary the step-up ratio between the plunger motion and the contact-pin motion, whereby the magnitude of the hysteresis of the pressure switch can be varied.

Ein Druckschalter hat einen vom Meßdruck axial verschieblichen Stößel (7), welcher einen Schaltstift (13) eines Mikroschalters (12) zu betätigen vermag. Zwischen dem Stößel (7) und dem Schaltstift (13) ist ein Kipphebel (9) angeordnet. Der Mikroschalter (12) ist in Haupterstreckungsrichtung des Kipphebels (9) verschiebbar am Gehäuse (1) des Druckschalters befestigt. Dadurch ergibt sich die Möglichkeit der Veränderung des Übersetzungsverhältnisses zwischen Stößelbewegung und Schaltstiftbewegung, wodurch sich die Größe der Hysterese des Druckschalters verändern läßt.
