[origin: WO8705105A1] In order to check the tightness of an underground pipeline the two ends of the section to be examined are sealed off and a positive or negative pressure is created by compression or extraction of air which is converted into an electric signal and is automatically represented graphically and possibly optically as a function of time. To this effect, a piezoresistive converter (14) of pressure differential intervoltage is provided for detecting the pressure, said converter being linked with a computer (16) which operates a printer (20).

Afin de contrôler l'étanchéité d'une canalisation souterraine, on obture de manière étanche les deux extrémités du tronçon à examiner et on produit dans ce tronçon par compression ou aspiration d'air une pression ou une dépression qui est transformée en un signal électrique et qui est représentée graphiquement et éventuellement optiquement automatiquement en fonction du temps. A cet effet, un convertisseur piézorésistif (14) de pression différentielle en tension est prévu pour la détection de la pression, ce convertisseur étant connecté à un calculateur (16) qui commande une imprimante (20).
