[origin: EP0285924A2] This ski boot consists of an outer boot (3) and of an inner boot (2), there being arranged, for holding the foot in position in the ski boot (1), between the two boot parts (2 and 3) a pressure plate (8) which can be operated by a traction cable (10), and the traction cable (10) being continuously adjustable in its pretensioning. In order reliably to eliminate the creation of pressure points, the invention envisages a folding element (9) which bears with one side against the pressure plate (8) and with its other side against the inner side of the outer boot (3), the folding element (9) being passed through in its length by the traction cable (10) which is fastened to one end of the folding element (9). <IMAGE>
