Abstract (en)
A travelling sensor chain (K) is guided past the work stations (P1- Pn) and contains a plurality of uniformly spaced travelling sensors (S1-SN). The division (T) of the travelling sensors is greater than that (t) of the work stations, and the distance from the first and last travelling sensors (S1,SN) to the first and last work stations (P1 or Pn respectively) is less than the division (T) of the travelling sensors. All the work stations (P1-Pn) can thereby be sensed in a relatively short monitoring cycle with a short displacement distance of the travelling sensor chain (K), and the time between the occurrence of a yarn break and its detection is drastically reduced, without the outlay in terms of cost being appreciably increased. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
An den Produktionsstellen (P1-Pn) ist eine Wandersensorkette (K) vorbeigeführt, welche eine Mehrzahl von gleichmässig beabstandeten Wandersensoren (S1-SN) enthält. Die Teilung (T) der Wandersensoren ist grösser als diejenige (t) der Produktionsstellen und der Abstand des ersten und des letzten Wandersensors (S1,SN) von der ersten beziehungsweise letzten Produktionsstelle (P1 bzw.Pn) ist kleiner als die Teilung (T) der Wandersensoren. Dadurch können in einem relativ kurzen Ueberwachungszyklus mit einem kurzen Verstellweg der Wandersensorkette (K) sämtliche Produktionsstellen (P1-Pn) abgetastet werden und die Zeit zwischen dem Auftreten eines Fadenbruchs und dessen Detektion wird drastisch verkürzt ohne dass der Kostenaufwand erheblich ansteigen würde.
