To dissipate high power losses, the S/E modules (4,4a) are mounted on a liquid-cooled assembly plate (3,3a). In addition to effective cooling of the S/E modules, the arrangement of the assembly plate (3,3a) behind the radiating elements (1) produces a compact design, optimised in terms of the conductor paths, and provides protection against location systems using sensors which respond to thermal radiation. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Zur Abführung hoher Verlustleistungen sind die S/E-Module (4) an einer flüssigkeitsgekühlten Montageplatte (3) befestigt. Neben einer wirkungsvollen Kühlung der S/E-Module wird durch die Anordnung der Montageplatte (3) hinter den Strahlerelementen (1) ein kompaktes und hinsichtlich der Leitungsführung optimales Konzept sowie Schutz gegen Ortungssysteme mit auf Wärmestrahlung ansprechenden Sensoren erreicht.
