[origin: EP0286511A1] The invention relates to an inscription device for recorders with two diagram carrier discs, comprising supporting means and writing members allowing a simultaneous inscription of the two discs. According to the invention, the inscription device comprises a fixed table (5) mounted on the door (2) at a distance from the inner face (6) of the latter, a movable table (7) articulated on the door, and a pivoting support (11) intended for a writing member (10) and mounted under the fixed table (5). Driving means (16, 17) between the support (11) and the movable table (7) make it possible to release the writing member (10) automatically when the movable table (7) is raised, thus allowing an easy insertion of the diagram carrier disc. The invention is used for trip recorders with two diagram carrier discs for so-called two-driver use. <IMAGE>
