Abstract (en)
The device for wrapping products, such as packets of paper handkerchiefs, in packets with label, having a means for converying a strip (11) of flexible material, cutting it into sheets and wrapping the products in the sheets, and a means for depositing the labels at regular intervals on the strip is characterized in that it has a cutting mechanism (27) co-operating with a transfer mechanism (28) for cutting the labels from an ribbon (21) with adhesive applied to one surface and placing the said labels on the moving strip (11). The invention is applied in particular to the adhesive strips for affixing the flaps of packets of paper handkerchiefs. A strip of flexible material such as polyethylene is previously marked with a discontinuous cutting line which traces the outline of the flap, the adhesive strips are laid on the strip acrossthe flaps, and then the film is cut, transversally to its direction of motion into individual sheets (3) in which the packets (2) are wrapped.

Le dispositif pour envelopper des produits, tels que des paquets de mouchoirs en papier, dans des étuis avec étiquette, comportant un moyen pour entraîner une bande (11) de matière souple, la découper en feuilles et envelopper les produits avec celles-ci, et un moyen pour déposer les étiquettes à intervalles réguliers sur la bande est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un organe de coupe (27) coopérant avec un moyen de transfert (28) pour découper les étiquettes dans un ruban (21) adhésivé sur une face et rapporter lesdites étiquettes sur la bande (11) en mouvement. L'invention est appliquée en particulier aux attaches adhésives pour rabats d'étuis de mouchoirs en papier. Une bande en matériau souple tel que le polyéthylène est prémarquée d'une ligne de découpe discontinue dessinant le rabat, les attaches adhésives sont déposées sur la bande en travers des rabats, puis le film est découpé, transversalement à sa direction de défilement, en feuilles individuelles (3) avec lesquelles on enveloppe les paquets (2).
