[origin: EP0286721A2] A mobile protection device or a protection device to be stationed permanently against rising high water, for all areas at risk, and barrier protection for all liquids which can be harmful to the environment. It is distinguished by simple erection and dismantling, absolute tightness and as a standardised product for use worldwide. The device consists of three parts. These are: a) fabric-reinforced rubber tarpaulin(s) (Fig. 2) (boundary inflatable) b) profiled, preferably concrete, shaped block(s) (Fig. 1) c) support(s) (Fig. 3 III). In the event of a hazard or for general economical and technical use, the rubber tarpaulin(s) provided with an inflatable boundary can be inserted into the concrete blocks, and can be inflated and supported, which concrete blocks are profiled on the top and have been permanently introduced beforehand on any territories at risk, commercial areas or on endangered buildings (entrances, shafts, etc.). Once this is done, a waterproof joint relative to the ground or building exists. The supports (preferably metal sections) find a hold in existing blind holes in the shaped blocks. They absorb the tarpaulin pressure (liquid pressure) and hold the tarpaulins perpendicularly without load. <IMAGE>
