Abstract (en)
The mixture is driven through a rotor under the combined effect of a drop in pressure between the upstream side and downstream side of this rotor, and the rotation of the latter. According to the invention, the rotor consists of a stack of joined discs (36), each of which is pierced with a set of helical passages (62). Each of these passages (62) is limited by solid walls (64, 66, 68, 70) and opens out on the upstream face (37) and downstream face (39) of the disc (36) in inlet apertures (63) and outlet apertures (65) respectively. An outlet aperture (63) on a given disc is situated exactly opposite an inlet aperture (65) of the following disc. Application to the separation of the constituents of a mixture. <IMAGE>

Le mélange est entraîné à travers un rotor sous l'effet combiné d'une chute de pression entre l'amont et l'aval de ce rotor et de la rotation de ce dernier. Selon l'invention, le rotor est constitué d'un empilement de disques jointifs (36) dont chacun est percé d'un ensemble de passages hélicoïdaux (62). Chacun de ces passages (62) est limité par des parois solides (64, 66, 68, 70) et débouche sur les faces amont (37) et aval (39) du disque (36) par des ajourages d'entrée (63) et de sortie (65) respectivement. Un ajourage de sortie (63) sur un disque donné est situé exactement en face d'un ajourage d'entrée (65) du disque suivant. Application à la séparation des constituants d'un mélange.
