The invention provides a control mechanism for the lifting hooks of an open-shed Jacquard machine, in which two lifting hooks (1, 2) connected at one end via a common pulley tackle (3) can be coupled to knives (4, 5) during an oppositely directed movement. A common electromagnet (15) arranged between the lifting hooks (1, 2) serves for activation according to a particular pattern in a specific shed position. The electromagnet (15) is mounted in a housing (17) so as to be pivotable or rockable about an axis (23). In the picking position, each lifting hook (1, 2) is brought mechanically up to the poles of the electromagnet (15), especially applied to these. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung gibt eine Platinen-Steuervorrichtung für eine Offenfach-Jacquardmaschine an, bei der zwei über einen gemeinsamen Rollenzug (3) an einem Ende verbundene Platinen (1, 2) bei einer gegenläufigen Bewegung mit Messern (4, 5) koppelbar sind. Ein gemeinsamer zwischen den Platinen (1, 2) angeordneter Elektromagnet (15) dient zur mustergemäßen Ansteuerung in einer definierten Fachstellung. Der Elektromagnet (15) ist in einem Gehäuse (17) um eine Achse (23) schwenkbar bzw. wippbar gelagert. Jede Platine (1, 2) wird in der Lesestellung mechanisch an die Pole des Elektromagneten (15) angenähert, insbesondere an diese angelegt.
