In a continuously operating ink jet print head with a jet producer (2), a jet deflector unit (10) and a receiver tube (20), arranged in the nozzle axis (4), for receiving the undeflected ink jet, the receiver tube (20) is to be attached to a support (21) guided parallel to the nozzle axis (4) and capable of being moved by means of a drive (24, 25) so as to be traversable along the nozzle axis (4) between a working position and a resting position, in which it tightly encloses the mouth region of the jet nozzle (3). In this respect, at least parts of the jet deflector unit (10) are mounted so as to be able to move across the nozzle axis (4). These parts of the jet deflector unit (10) are now to be forcibly coupled to the movable support (21) in order to keep free the movement track of the receiver tube (20) and/or of the support (21). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem kontinuierlich arbeitenden Tintenstrahl-Schreibkopf mit einem Strahlerzeuger (2), einer Strahl-Ablenkeinheit (10) und einem in der Düsenachse (4) angeordneten Fangrohr (20) zur Aufnahme des nicht abgelenkten Tintenstrahls, soll das Fangrohr (20) auf einem parallel zur Düsenachse (4) geführten, mittels eines Antriebes (24,25) verfahrbaren Träger (21) befestigt sein, um entlang der Düsenachse (4) zwischen einer Arbeitslage und einer Ruhelage bewegbar zu sein, in welcher es den Mündungsbereich der Strahldüse (3) dicht umschließt. Dabei sind mindestens Teile der Strahl-Ablenkeinheit (10) quer zur Düsenachse (4) beweglich gelagert. Diese Teile der Strahl-Ablenkeinheit (10) sollen nun mit dem verfahrbaren Träger (21) zwangsgekoppelt sein, um die Bewegungsbahn des Fangrohres (20) und/oder des Trägers (21) freizuhalten.
