The clothes hanger in the shape of a skirt or trousers hanger has two tensioning arms (2, 3), which can be extended to different tensioning widths and are arrestable, and grippers (4, 5), arranged at the free ends of said arms, for the item of clothing and a suspension hook (1). The one tensioning arm (2) is guided on a guide (8) on the other tensioning arm (3) and the two tensioning arms are connected in an articulated manner to the suspension hook via a joint arm (10, 11) in each case in the region of their mutually facing ends (7, 9). The greater the waistband width of the item of clothing hung up, the further the joint arms are spread apart and the higher the item of clothing hangs so that a simple visual differentiation of the items of clothing is possible according to their waistband width, which facilitates the sequencing, sorting and classification of the items of clothing.

Ein Kleiderbügel in Form eines Rock- oder Hosenspanners weist zwei auf unterschiedliche Spannweite ausziehbare und arretierbare Spannarme (2, 3) und an deren freien Enden angeordnete Greifer (4, 5) für das Kleidungsstück und einen Aufhängehaken (1) auf. Der eine Spannarm (2) ist an einer Führung (8) an dem anderen Spannarm (3) geführt und die beiden Spannarme sind im Bereich ihrer einander zugekehrten Enden (7, 9) über je einen Gelenkarm (10, 11) mit dem Aufhängehaken gelenkig verbunden. Je größer die Bundweite des aufgehängten Kleidungsstücks ist, um so mehr sind die Gelenkarme gespreizt und um so höher hängt das Kleidungsstück, so daß eine einfache optische Unterscheidung der Kleidungstücke nach ihrer Bundweite möglich ist, wodurch das Aufreihen, Sortieren und Einordnen der Kleidungsstücke vereinfacht wird.
