Abstract (en)
The metering mechanism positioned against a counter-roller and located behind, with respect to the running direction of the material web, a pre-coating facility features a slit 14 on the feed side of a balancing chamber 1 formed on a front wall 4 to the counter-roller 2 and extending over the width of the web. The front wall 4 is provided with discharge channels 10 extending in the manner of a slit across the width of the web, which can be throttled by a rotary disc valve 7. In this way, an outflow from the balancing chamber 1 can only occur through the discharge channels 10, while only the coating material from the material web can be introduced through slit 14 into the balancing chamber but no coating slip emerges from the balancing chamber. <IMAGE>

Das in Warenbahnlaufrichtung hinter einer Vorbeschichtungsanordnung an einer Gegenwalze angeordnete Dosierwerk weist an einer Egalisierkammer 1 einlaufseitig einen an einer Vorderwand 4 zur Gegenwalze 2 gebildeten, sich über die Bahnbreite erstreckenden Schlitz 14 auf. Die Vorderwand 4 ist mit über die Bahnbreite sich schlitzartig erstreckenden Auslaufkanälen 10 versehen, die mittels einem Drehschieber 7 gedrosselt werden können. Es kann hiermit ein Ausfluß aus der Egalisierkammer 1 nur über die Auslaufkanäle 10 erreicht werden, während über Schlitz 14 nur die Beschichtungsmasse von der Warenbahn in die Egalisierkammer hineingeführt wird, aus der Egalisierkammer aber keine Streichmasse austritt.
