Abstract (en)

In the case of a flow mixer (1) for liquid or pasty media, the aim is to interrupt the flow of mixture instantaneously each time the mostly intermittent material discharge comes to an end, in order to prevent afterflowing or dripping. For this purpose, a non-return valve (20) with a predetermined opening pressure is provided in series with the mixing elements (3). The valve may take the form of various designs, for example a diaphragm valve (21 to 23), and may be arranged either following the mixing elements (3) in the mouth region (5) or preceding the latter in the entry region of the mixer (1). The latter can also include just a valve part, namely a resiliently moveable valve element, which interacts with the mouth region of a connected double-discharge cartridge. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Strömungsmischer (1) für flüssige oder pastenförmige Medien gilt es, jeweils am Ende des meist intermittierenden Materialaustrags die Strömung des Gemisches augenblicklich zu unterbrechen, um ein Nachfliessen oder Tropfen zu verhindern. Hierfür ist ein zu den Mischorganen (3) in Reihe angeordnetes Rückschlagventil (20) mit vorbestimmtem Oeffnungsdruck vorgesehen. Das Ventil kann in verschiedenen Bauarten, z.B. als Membranventil (21 bis 23) ausgeführt und entweder an die Mischorgane (3) anschliessend im Mündungsbereich (5) oder diesen vorangehend im Eingangsbereich des Mischers (1) angeordnet sein. Letzterer kann auch nur einen Ventilteil, nämlich ein federnd bewegliches Ventilorgan enthalten, wel ches mit dem Mündungsbereich einer angeschlossenen DoppelAustragkartusche zusammenwirkt.
