[origin: WO8803827A1] A logic toy has two parts (1, 2) that can rotate against each other and have each a middle part (16, 17). Around each middle part (16, 17) are concentrically arranged six hollow cylindrical containers (3-8; 9-14). Each container is longer than the previous one by always the same amount. Both parts are symmetrical with respect to the plan of rotation. In an initial ordered state, the containers of one part contain each between one and six balls of the same color (19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24), the balls of each pair of containers having a different color. By turning both parts against each other and by tilting the toy, one creates a state of disorder out of the initial ordered state. The original ordered state is then to be re-established by rotating as appropriate both parts against each other and by tilting the toy, in as few steps as possible.

Un jouet logique comprend deux parties rotatives (1, 2) l'une par rapport à l'autre, ayant chacune une partie centrale (16, 17). Autour de chaque partie centrale (16, 17) sont concentriquement agencés six récipients cylindriques creux (3-8; 9-14). La longueur de chaque récipient s'accroît toujours du même montant par rapport au récipient adjacent. Les deux parties sont symétriques par rapport au plan de rotation. Dans un état ordonné initial, les récipients d'une des parties contiennent chacun entre un et six billes de même couleur (19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24), les billes de chaque paire de récipients ayant une couleur différente. En faisant tourner les deux parties l'une par rapport à l'autre et en inclinant le jouet, on crée à partir de l'état ordonné initial un état désordonné. Il faut alors rétablir l'état ordonné originel en aussi peu d'étapes que possible par la mise en rotation appropriée des deux parties et en inclinant le jouet.
