[origin: WO8803873A1] Method for printing documents edited by a computer, a memory typewriter or any similar machine, of the type consisting in combining with said machine, which is provided on the one hand with means for registration and feeding of a printing support and, on the other hand, with two mechanical assemblies comprising each a printing head and a printing cylinder, logical means for piloting and managing the printing heads and the support, characterized in that a first electronic card is provided to simultaneously pilot the feeding of said support, the displacement of both printing heads transversely with respect to said support and their printing function dot per dot, and a second electronic card comprising a microprocessor and a memory containing a program for simultaneously managing said printing heads, as a function of the text to be printed recto-verso on said support; and device for carrying out the recto-verso printing comprising the means of the method in order to pilot both printing heads independently of each other.

Procédé pour l'impression des documents édités par un ordinateur, une machine à écrire à mémoire ou toute machine analogue, du type consistant à associer à ladite machine équipée d'une part des moyens de repérage et d'avance d'un support d'impression et d'autre part de deux ensembles mécaniques comportant chacun une tête d'impression et un cylindre d'impression, un moyen logique de pilotage et de gestion des têtes d'impression et du support caractérisé en ce qu'une première carte électronique est prévue pour piloter simultanément l'avance de ce support, le déplacement des deux têtes d'impression transversalement par rapport à ce support et leur fonction d'impression point par point, et une seconde carte électronique, comportant un microprocesseur et une mémoire contenant un programme de gestion simultanée desdites têtes d'impression, en fonction du texte à imprimer recto-verso sur ledit support; et dispositif en vue de réaliser l'impression recto-verso comprenant les moyens du procédé pour piloter les deux têtes d'impression indépendamment l'une de l'autre.
