[origin: WO8803840A1] A centrifuge comprises a vacuum chamber (1) with a changeable rotor (7). An evaporator (4) connected to a cooling installation (3) is mounted inside the vacuum chamber (1). The drive (9) of the rotor (7) is mounted on bearings (10) and is provided with a cooling jacket (21). An oil reservoir (12) with a pump (11) serves for feeding the oil to the bearings (10). The centrifuge is provided with a heat exchanger (19) for cooling the oil mounted so as to enable heat exchange between the oil and the cooling agent of the cooling installation (3). The pump (11) is connected through the heat exchanger (19) and the cooling jacket (21) to the oil reservoir (12).
