The invention relates to a two-shaft pump with an expansion chamber (7), with a pair of rotors (5, 6) located in the expansion chamber, with side flanges (3, 4) for the end-face support of the rotors by means of roller or similar bearings (19) and with a drive which engages on one of the rotor end-faces; in order to achieve a more simple construction, it is proposed that, at least in the region of the rotor end-faces, which are located on the side of the pump remote from the drive, essentially pot-shaped structures (8) are provided and that the roller bearings (19) associated with the rotor end-faces are in each case supported on the inner wall of the pot-shaped structure and on a static stump (21) projecting into the pot. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Zweiwellenpumpe mit einem Schlöpfraum (7), mit einem in Schöpfraum befindlichen Rotorpaar (5, 6), mit Seitenflanschen (3, 4) zur stirnseitigen Abstützung der Rotoren mittels Wälz- oder ähnlichen Lagern (19) und mit einem Antrieb, der an einer der Rotorstirnseiten angreift; um eine einfachere Bauweise zu erreichen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß zumindest im Bereich der Rotorstirnseiten, die auf der dem Antrieb abgewandten Seite der Pumpe liegen, im wesentlichen topffürmigen Gestaltungen (8) vorgesehen sind und daß sich die den Rotorstirnzeiten zugeordneten Wälzlager (19) jeweils auf der Innenwandung der topfförmigen Gestaltung und auf einem in den Topf hineinragenden, ruhenden Stumpf (21) abstützen.
