Abstract (en)
The insert, to be set in concrete, for ensuring the desired position of reinforcements in reinforced concrete building components consists of at least two stirrups, which are open towards the formwork and welded together by means of longitudinal bars to form a unit, and at the stirrup ends of which the internally threaded sleeves are arranged, which are equipped with holding elements for the lower reinforcement, while the upper reinforcement is supported by the stirrup crosspieces or the longitudinal bars. The concrete covering for the upper reinforcement is ensured by the fact that the height of the stirrups is adapted to the desired position of the upper reinforcement. The insert is characterised in that it serves both to ensure the desired position of the reinforcements and, after the concrete has set, permanently, if necessary, as a constructional reinforcement for suspended loads acting on the underside of the building component and/or as a shear reinforcement. <IMAGE>

Die einzubetonierende Einlage zur Sicherstellung der Sollage von Bewehrungslagen in Stahlbetonbauteilen besteht aus mindestens zwei, zur Schalung hin offenen U-förmigen Bügeln (2), die mittels Längsstäben (1) zu einer Einheit zusammengeschweißt sind und an deren Bügelenden Innengewindehülsen (3) angeordnet sind, die mit Halteelementen (4) für die untere Bewehrungslage (Lu) ausgestattet sind, während die obere Bewehrungslage (Lo) durch die Bügelstege bzw. den Längsstäben (1) abgestützt wird. Die Betondeckung für die obere Bewehrung (Lo) wird dadurch sichergestellt, daß die Höhe der Bügel auf die Sollage der oberen Bewehrungslage (Lo) abgestimmt ist. Die Einlage zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß sie sowohl zur Sicherung der Sollage der Bewehrungslagen, als auch nach Erhärtung des Betons dauernd, bedarfsweise als konstruktive Bewehrung für, an der Bauteilunterseite angreifende hängende Lasten und/oder als Schubbewehrung dient.
