Abstract (en)

The refrigerated showcase has in its lower part a fixed wall for receiving defrost water (38) and a removable plate for collecting liquids (37), characterised in that the system for receiving and removing liquids and defrost drips (40) comprises, below the longitudinal edges (41, 42) adjacent to the fixed wall for receiving defrost water (38) and to the removable plate for collecting liquids (37), at least one gutter (44) which is height-adjustable, and can be adjusted and oriented in slope or inclination with regard to the horizontal and towards either of the two ends of this gutter (44).
