Abstract (en)

1. Metal plate panel (7) with an outer metal plate (1) and a honeycomb sandwich structure (3) on the backside sealed by means of a glued cover plate (2), the metal plate edge (1) projecting beyond said structure, which is U-bent backwards in such a manner that the width of the web is smaller than the distance between metal plate and cover plate, characterized in that the cover plate (2) projects with an edge zone (6) beyond the honeycomb sandwich structure (3), and that said edge zone (6) is glued with its side (8) directed towards the inside of the metal plate panel (7) onto the outer surface (9') of the inner leg of an U-shaped border section, whose web (11) is adjacent to the honeycomb sandwich structure (3) and of the same height as the latter, and whose outer leg (12) is glued over its outer surface (12') together with the side (1'") of the metal plate edge (1') directed towards the inside of the metal plate panel (7), said leg (12) being U-bent inwards with its edge (12") projecting beyond the U-section in such a manner that the edge (12") is designed to follow the U-bent edge (1") of the metal plate edge (1') with a correspondingly smaller width (12'").

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Metallplattenpaneel (7) mit einer äußeren Metallplatte (1) und einer rückseitig, mit einem aufgeklebten Deckblech (2)verschlossenen Sandwichwabenkonstruktion (3), über welche der Metallplattenrand (1') vorsteht und U-förmig zurückgebogen ist. Infolge ihrer Befestigung sind derartige Metallplattenpaneele (7) beträchtlichen Kräften ausgesetzt, wobei erhebliche Aufwendungen für die Abdichtung getroffen werden müssen, um ein Eindringen von Nässe und Verunreinigungen in die Sandwichwabenkonstruktion zu vermeiden. Zur Stabilisierung des Metallplattenrandes (1') sowie zur Verbesserung der Anpassungsmöglichkeiten an Anschlußleisten (19) von Verbindungsprofilen oder dergleichen sieht die Erfindung vor, zwischen Deckblech (2) und der Metallplatte (1) im Randbereich ein Randprofil (10) zu integrieren, dessen Innenmaß demjenigen des Paneelrandes (1') folgt. Dies gestattet es u.a. auch, das Deckblech (2) im Randbereich über die Sandwichwabenkonstruktion (3) vorstehen zu lassen, da dieses durch das Randprofil (10) verstärkt wird. Dank des neuen Randprofils (10) lassen sich die Metallplattenpaneele (7) leicht montieren und im Anschlußbereich stärker als bislang belasten, so daß gleichfalls großflächigere Verkleidungselemente gewählt werden können.
