1. Method for measuring the position of the weft threads and for straightening the weft threads in fabrics, in which a continuously conveyed fabric length is tensioned in the weft thread direction and the tension is introduced into the fabric in an essentially punctual manner, the direction of the thread flow is sensed at at least two locations, disposed one behind the other in the conveying direction, by mechanical sensors and straightening elements are controlled or regulated according to the sensed values, characterised in that the forces occurring in the fabric are directly sensed by the mechanical sensors, the weft thread flow is deduced from the tensile force distribution over the fabric length and the straightening elements are controlled or regulated according to the tensile force distribution.
Abstract (de)
Bei manchen Geweben läßt sich keine optische Abtastung des Schußfadenverlaufes, die zur Beseitigung von Verzügen notwendig ist, durchführen. Es wird vorgeschlagen, entweder eine Zugspannung (in Schußfadenrichtung) im wesentlichen punktförmig einzuleiten und die im Gewebe auftretenden Kräfte an mindestens zwei Stellen abzutasten und daraus den Verzugswinkel herzuleiten, oder die Gewebebahn über mitlaufende Spannvorrichtungen mit in Förderrichtung zunehmender Kraft zu spannen und die Vortriebs-/Rücktriebskräfte auf die Spannvorrichtungen zu messen und aus diesen Meßwerten den Verzugswinkel herzuleiten.
