[origin: EP0291772A2] In the vending rack (1), receiving containers (2), which are arranged one above the other and adjacently, for the articles to be sold can be adjusted by an adjustment device (10) from a lowest inclined position sloping forwards at least into a horizontal fastening position, it being possible for the freely projecting receiving containers (2) to be swivelled, for instance, about hook openings (9) by hooks (8), by means of which they engage in the stand supports (4) of a rack stand (3). Provided for the adjustment for each receiving container (2) are two spacer members (11) which can be attached merely by plugging-in, can be easily exchanged for spacer members of a different spacer dimension and are thus to be arranged projecting to the rear in such a way that they can be supported directly on the associated outsides of the stand supports (4) of the rack stand (3) under the force of the weight of the receiving container (2). <IMAGE>
