Verbindungsstück (10, 10') mit zwei winklig aneinanderstoßenden Profilstäben für Fenster- oder Türrahmen, das außen auf einem Rahmenstab aufsitzt und daran mit einem diesen Rahmenstab durchdringenden Verbindungsteil (20) befestigt ist, das in einen Zentralkörper (11) des Verbindungsstücks (10, 10') eingreift, der stirnseitig in einen Hohlraum eines Querstabs eingesetzt ist, an dem das Verbindungsstück (10, 10') ebenfalls befestigt ist. Um das Verbindungsstück so zu verbessern, daß es auch bei querschnittsmäßig kleiner Ausgestaltung und insbesondere für schmale Querstäbe verwendet werden kann, weist der aus Kunststoff bestehende Zentralkörper (11) des Verbindungsstücks (10, 10') einen ihn versteifenden Metallkörper (12) auf, in den das Verbindungsteil (20) eingreift.
