[origin: WO8804448A1] The control device (25) comprises a thermostat (15) interconnected between a supply source (S) and a heating resistance (4) which has two heating elements (41, 42) of which one (42) is supplied only when one of the heating modes is on. A temperature limiter (18) is interconnected between the source (S) and the heating element (42). Said temperature limiter is sensitive to the heating of a resistance (17) having a high ohmic value to cut off the supply of said heating element (42) upon the first opening of the switch (15a) of the thermostat (15). Application particularly to electric convectors having a natural convection mode and a blowing mode.

Le dispositif de commande (25) comprend un thermostat (15) interconnecté entre une source d'alimentation (S) et une résistance de chauffage (4) qui comprend deux éléments chauffants (41, 42) dont l'un (42) est alimenté seulement lors de l'un des régimes de chauffage. Un limiteur de température (18) est interconnecté entre la source (S) et l'élément chauffant (42). Ce limiteur de température est sensible à l'échauffement d'une résistance (17) de forte valeur ohmique pour couper l'alimentation de cet élément chauffant (42) lors de la première ouverture de l'interrupteur (15a) du thermostat (15). Application notamment aux convecteurs électriques comportant un régime de convection naturelle et un régime soufflant.
