In einer Rotationskolbenmaschine (1) mit zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Zylindern (3, 4), in denen zwei exzentrisch angeordnete Kolben (9, 10) mit einem gemeinsamen Trennelement (7) zusammenwirken, das in jedem der Zylinder Saug- und Druckraum voneinander trennt, umfaßt das Trennelement (7) Dichtelemente (27), die mit Vorspannung an den beiden Kolben (9, 10) anliegen. Die Rotationskolbenmaschine (1) dient insbesondere zur Aufladung von Kraftfahrzeugmotoren.
