The plastic closure (10) consists of a cap (11), which has a covering plate with an opening, of a cap wall, which extends upwards from the covering plate and forms a recess which is open at the top, and in which a top plate (12) is supported so as to be swivellable between a closed and an opened position. One side of the top plate (12) is effective as an actuating member, while the other side has a laterally arranged outlet opening which is closed in the closed position of the top plate (12) by the cap wall. In the delivery state of the container, the circumferential edge (13) of the cap lid (12) is provided on its side serving as actuating member with a tamper-proof connection (14, 32) which can be sheared off by the top edge (20) of the cap wall by swivelling the top plate (12) into the open position when the container is put into use.

Behälterverschluß (10) aus Kunststoff, bestehend aus einer Kappe (11), die eine Abdeckplatte mit einer Öffnung aufweist, einer Kappenwand, die sich von der Abdeckplatte nach oben erstreckt und eine nach oben offene Ausnehmung bildet, in der eine Kopfplatte (12) zwischen einer geschlossenen und geöffneten Stellung verschwenkbar abgestützt ist. Eine Seite der Kopfplatte (12) ist als betätigungsorgan wirksam, während die andere Seite eine seitlich angeordnete Auslaßöffnung aufweist, die in geschlossener Stellung der Kopfplatte (12) durch die Kappenwand geschlossen ist. Im Lieferzustand des Behälters ist der Umfangsrand (13) des Kappendeckels (12) an seiner als Betätigungsorgan dienenden Seite mit einer Originalitätsanbindung (14, 32) versehen, die bei Ingebrauchnahme des Behälters durch Verschwenken der Kopfplatte (12) in die Offenstellung durch die Oberkante (20) der Kappenwand abscherbar ist.
