[origin: WO8704920A1] A support foot for stick-like walking aids, such as crutches, comprises a support tube connected to an adapting portion coupled by means of a pivotable and rotary joint with a bearing arrangement for a sole body. The joint is integrated in the support foot and is elastic at least in the supporting direction, preferably also in the rotational direction. The joint is preferably comprised of a connection body having embedded in its elastic mass more rigid elements intended to transmit the bearing force from the sole body to the support tube. The support foot is thus comprised of very few elements, is silent and preserves all the supporting apparatus of the handicapped since the peaks in the load curve of the support foot are efficiently eliminated.

Un pied de support pour dispositifs auxiliaires de la marche en forme de canne, tels que des béquilles, comprend un tube de support relié à une partie d'adaptation couplée par l'intermédiaire d'une articulation pivotable et rotative avec un agencement d'appui d'un corps de semelle. L'articulation est intégrée dans le pied de support et est élastique au moins dans le sens du support, de préférence toutefois également dans le sens de la rotation. L'articulation est formée de préférence d'un corps de raccordement ayant, noyés dans sa masse élastique, des éléments plus rigides servant à transmettre la force d'appui du corps de semelle au tube de support. Le pied de support se compose ainsi de très peu d'éléments, est silencieux et ménage tout l'appareil de soutien du handicapé, étant donné que les pointes de la courbe de charge du pied de support sont efficacement éliminées.
