The device for filling bags or sacks is provided with a plurality of stations which are traversed one after the other. There is a carriage (1) which can be displaced in a straight line underneath the processing stations and on which there are seated outer grippers (13) which seize the filled or partially filled bag in the filling station on the outside in the manner of a clamp and convey it into the following processing station. Before being conveyed from the filling station into the following processing station, the fixed clamping elements provided at the filling station are brought out of engagement. <IMAGE>

Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Füllen und Verschließen von Säcken oder Beuteln sind mehrere Stationen vorgesehen, die nacheinander durchlaufen werden. Es ist ein geradlinig unterhalb der Bearbeitungsstationen verfahrbarer Schlitten (1) vorgesehen, auf dem Außengreifer (13) sitzen, welche den gefüllten oder teilweise gefüllten Sack von außen in der Füllstation klemmend ergreifen und in die nachfolgende Bearbeitungsstation transportieren. Vor dem Weitertransport aus der Füllstation in die nachfolgende Bearbeitungsstation sind die an der Füllstation vorgesehenen ortsfesten Klemmorgane außer Eingriff gebracht worden.
