A valve, in particular a gas valve for the control of the fuel supply to the burner of a heated apparatus, e.g. a boiler, has a valve body (1) which is movable coaxially against a valve seat (4) and is adjustable against the pressure of a spring (14) via a valve shaft (3). Adjustment takes place by means of a handle (9) with a bearing surface (7) of link-type design, against which the head (6) of a slider (5), which is connected coaxially to the valve shaft (3) and mounted in a guide (10), bears positively under the pressure of the spring (14). The movement path of the handle (9), which is preferably of hood- shaped design, can be limited by at least one adjustable stop (25-27). <IMAGE>

Ein Ventil, insbesondere ein Gasventil für die Steuerung der Brennstoffzufuhr zum Brenner eines beheizten Gerätes, z.B. eines Wasserheizers, besitzt einen koaxial gegen einen Ventilsitz (4) beweglichen Ventilkörper (1), der über einen Ventilschaft (3) gegen den Druck einer Feder (14) verstellbar ist. Zur Verstellung dient eine Handhabe (9) mit einer kulissenartig gestalteten Anlagefläche (7) , an der der Kopf (6) eines koaxial mit dem Ventilschaft (3) verbundenen, in einer Führung (10) lagernden Schiebers (5) kraftschlüssig unter dem Druck der Feder (14) anliegt. Die Bewegungsbahn der vorzugsweise haubenförmig gestalteten Handhabe (9) kann durch zumindest einen verstellbaren Anschlag (25 - 27) begrenzt sein.
