Abstract (en)
In a washing machine having a spin sequence in the program, there is provided weight responsive means such as a transducer located in a mounting block (27) responsive to the weight of the contents of the drum (16) and adaptable to respond to the degree of out-of-balance of the drum contents, together with a control system for controlling the speed rotation of the motor (17) during the spin sequence in accordance with the degree of out-of-balance sensed by the weight -responsive means.
