[origin: EP0294247A1] Pack comprising, on the one hand, a product - more especially a food product, particularly pâté, cheese, pastry - in the form of a moulded block which can be dismantled, intended for sale and/or use in the form of parts - particularly slices or portions - and, on the other hand, a package intended for wrapping the product and comprising a hollow outer mould (1) whose inner space (4) forms a container for the product and a cover (2) intended to be rapidly associated, but in a detachable manner, with the mould (1), in order to close its opening, characterised in that it also comprises at least one thin rigid separation partition (3) arranged in a removable manner in the inner space (4) of the mould (1), separating it, by virtue of holding means (5) forming part of the package, the separation partition (3) being essentially inside and embedded in the product and its edges being coplanar with the outer surface of the products, this separation partition (3) dividing the block of product into several mutually distinct juxtaposed parts but retaining the single-block nature of the product, it being possible for these parts to be removed from the block singly or in groups. <IMAGE>
