A coiler comprises a first frame of which the front end is opposed to the outer periphery of a mandrel that takes up a strap and of which the base end is rotatable about an axis in parallel with the axis of the mandrel, a drive device for turning the first frame, a second frame pivoted to the front end of the first frame to rotate about anaxis in parallel with the axis of the mandrel, a second drive device for turning the second frame, a pushing roller which is rotatably supported by the second frame and which assists the winding of the strap onto the mandrel, and a circular guide which is mounted on the second frame so as to be opposed to the mandrel. The function of a frame for operating the unit roller is shared between the second frame which supports the pushing roller and the first frame which turns the second frame. There is no limitation on the arrangement, the strap is desirably wound on the mandrel, and the pushing roller exhibits improved response characteristics.

Une bobineuse comprend un premier cadre dont l'extrémité avant est située en face de la périphérie externe d'un mandrin sur lequel s'enroule une sangle et dont l'extrémité de base peut tourner autour d'un axe en parallèle avec l'axe du mandrin, un dispositif d'entraînement faisant tourner le premier cadre, un deuxième cadre pivotant sur l'extrémité avant du premier cadre de manière à tourner autour d'un axe en parallèle avec l'axe du mandrin, un deuxième dispositif d'entraînement faisant tourner le deuxième cadre, un rouleau poussoir supporté en rotation par le deuxième cadre et qui facilite l'enroulement de la sangle sur le mandrin, et un guide circulaire qui est monté sur le deuxième cadre de manière à se trouver en face du mandrin. Selon l'invention, la fonction d'un cadre actionnant le rouleau est partagée entre le deuxième cadre qui supporte le rouleau poussoir et le premier cadre qui fait tourner le deuxième cadre. Par conséquent, et contrairement aux dispositifs conventionnels, l'agencement n'est pas limité, la sangle est enroulée sur le mandrin comme on le désire et le rouleau poussoir présente des caractéristiques de réponse considérablement meilleures.
