[origin: EP0294543A2] Peroxidically crosslinked polyethylenes (CPE) are provided with increased electrical creep strength by incorporating therein organo-silicon compounds or silicon-hydrogen compounds, which do not effect crosslinking, as active compounds in a proportion of between 0.1 and 10 per cent (relative to the plastic).
