Concentrated formulations of fabric softeners have to date required between 15 and 60 % by weight of dispersion aids in order not to become highly viscous or gel-like on storage and to remain dispersible in cold water. This dispenses with the advantages of the concentrated form and, moreover, the large amounts of dispersants have an adverse effect on the fabric softening properties. <??>Mixtures of N-alkyltrialkanolammonium di-fatty acid ester salts with at least one of the following 3 components: di-fatty acid alkyl-imidazolinium salt, di-lower-alkyl-, di-long-alkyl-ammonium salt, N-alkyl-N-polyethoxy-N,N-bis-2-(fatty acid amido)-ethyl-ammonium salt, are proposed. <??>The concentrates are advantageous for storage and transport, because of the low cost of distribution.

Vorgeschlagen werden Mischungen aus N-Alkyltrialkanolammonium-difettsäureester-salzen mit wenigstens einer der 3 Komponenten: Di-Fettsäurealkyl-imidazolinium-salz, Di-Nieder-alkyl-, Di-Lang-alkyl-ammonium-salz, N-Alkyl-N-polyethoxi-N,N-bis-/2-(Fettsäureamido)-ethyl/-ammonium-salz. Die Anwendung geschieht in Konzentraten, welche wegen des geringen Distributionsaufwandes für Lagerung und Transport vorteilhaft sind.
