[origin: US4828138A] A container having a top wall being made at least partly of a support material and being coated. The container has an opening device with a puncture line, along which the pouring spout can be torn open. The improved pouring spout having an improved impermeability to gases of the container, and according to the invention having at least at one location of the puncture line a grip means and a tear-off means made of plastic being attached inside and outside to the support material. The tear-off means is preferably molded into a hole in the top wall to have a cross-sectionally rivet-like shape and has a grip means.

Die Verpackung besitzt einen Oberboden (1), der wenigstens aus einem auf seinen beiden Oberflächen mit Kunststoff (3, 4) beschichteten Papier besteht und eine Öffnungsvorrichtung (5) mit einer Perforationslinie (6) aufweist, längs welcher die Ausgießöffnung (10) aufreißbar ist. Um das Öffnen der Ausgießöffnung (10) und die Gasundurchlässigkeit der Packung zu verbessern, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß an wenigstens einer Stelle (13) der Perforationslinie (6) eine Greif- (9) und eine Reißeinrichtung (7, 8) aus Kunststoff außen und innen am Papier (2) angebracht ist. Dabei ist es bevorzugt, wenn die Reißeinrichtung (7, 8) in ein Loch im Oberboden (1) mit einer im Querschnitt nietenartigen Gestaltung eingespritzt ist und als Greifeinrichtung (9) einen Ring aufweist.
