The inner floating cover is used for covering and sealing the surface of a liquid in a container having a roof with the aid of a flexible and thin-walled membrane, which rests on the liquid, and with at least one float and an edge-side seal resting against the container wall. <??>The dimensions and/or the elasticity of the membrane are overdimensioned to the extent that the membrane is deformable in the manner of a hood in one or in both vertical directions relative to the plane of its attachment points (clamping strip or contact element) on the float or on the seal. At least one pressure relief valve is assigned to the membrane and at least one annular closed edge element, connected gas-tightly to the membrane, is provided near to the container wall and immersed in the liquid. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Innenschwimmdecke zum Abdecken und Abdichten der Oberfläche einer Flüssigkeit in einem ein Dach aufweisenden Bahälter mit Hilfe einer flexiblen, auf der Flüssigkeit aufliegenden sowie dünnwandigen Membran und mit mindestens einem Schwimmer und einer randseitigen, an der Behälterwand anliegenden Dichtung. Der Kern der Erfindung liegt darin, daß die Abmessungen und/oder die Elastizität der Membran (6) soweit überdimensioniert sind, daß die Membran (6) relativ zur Ebene ihrer Befestigungsstellen (Klemmleiste (9d) bzw. Kontaktelement (18) an dem Schwimmer (5) bzw. an der Dichtung (11) in einer oder in beiden vertikalen Richtungen haubenförmig verformbar ist, daß mindestens ein Überdruckventil (14) der Membran (6) zugeordnet ist und daß mindestens ein ringförmig geschlossenes, mit der Membran (6) gasdicht verbundenes Randelement nahe der Behälterwand (7) vorgesehen ist und in die Flüssigkeit eintaucht.
