Cooling means intended to be carried under a thermally insulating garment, of the type comprising at least a reserve of negative kilo-calories (4), characterised in that it comprises, attached to a support (2), a thermally insulating sheet (3) placed between this reserve and the body to be cooled, in which this reserve of negative kilo-calories is advantageously wrapped, being fastened therein and which is equipped with elastic opening elements tending to unfold this sheet, complementary holding elements (6) adapted to temporarily hold the sheet in its wrapping configuration, and manual-control locking means (7) adapted to control separation of these holding elements. <IMAGE>
