[origin: JPS6414349A] PURPOSE: To provide a weaving condition by installing a gripper arm, a full beam support, a winding beam and an empty beam support in the interior of a transporter, efficiently exchanging the full beam with the empty beam and winding a woven fabric end onto the empty beam. CONSTITUTION: A full beam 50 is placed from a loom 500a onto a full beam support 52a of a transporter 1a with a gripper arm 40a of the transporter 1a. A winding beam 70 is moved across a woven fabric 510 connecting from the loom 500a to the full beam 50 while being rotated and then brought into contact with an empty bobbin 51 supported in the transporter 1a. Thereby, the woven fabric 510 is brought into contact with the empty bobbin 51. The woven fabric 510 is then cut to wind the cut end thereof onto the empty bobbin 51. The resultant bobbin 51 is then moved to a prescribed position and set therein.
